The Poppins family, wide awake.
Poppins asked us to run its content. Before the first post went out, the characters had to catch up with the brand: all eight had grown old. So the team rebuilt the whole family, in one style, before anything else.
Before and after
Same characters. In focus now.
Drag the line. Each one kept what people already knew: the pose, the colours, the thing in their hands. Everything else was rebuilt.

AfterBefore‹›Bobthe dog
The chocolate crunch stayed. He got fur you can count, light in his eyes and a sweater that fits.

AfterBefore‹›Bravethe beaver
Helmet, teeth and appetite, untouched. The whiskers and the fur are new.

AfterBefore‹›Liothe lion cub
Spoon and thumbs up, as before. The mane got real hair.

AfterBefore‹›Roythe bear
Same cap, same honey dipper. Now the honey drips.

AfterBefore‹›Icythe penguin
The wave stayed. The feathers arrived.
The rest of the family
Gigi, Riky and Snowy, up close.
Same fur, same light, same catchlight in the eyes. Three members of the family, close enough to see the rules at work.

Gigi, the giraffe
Tall enough for the top shelf, chocolate ring in hand.

Riky, the raccoon
Red board, white vest, no fear of the wave.

Snowy, the polar bear
Scarf on, always the first to say hello.
One family
One set of rules for all eight.
Every character was built to the same checklist, so they can share a box, a post or a screen without one of them looking like a guest.
- Same camera height, every time.
- Light from the same side.
- Fur dense enough to read at thumbnail size.
- Eyes with a catchlight, always looking at the child.
- The name on the chest, so a three-year-old learns it.
- Feet on the ground, ready to move.
What happens next
Now they go to work.
The characters carry the content from here: the monthly calendar, the posts, the stories. The first month is being built on them now. More of that soon.
